Dr. Davis is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and earned his medical degree at USC School of Medicine where he also completed his OB/GYN residency. He has been in practice at the Baptist Columbia hospital since 1991. He is Board-certified, American Board of obstetrics and gynecology & Fellow of the American College of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Davis believes in comprehensive healthcare. By first getting to know his patients and then discussing all available options, he feels that he can better help them make a treatment plan. Dr. Davis loves all aspects of women’s healthcare. From labor and delivery, to laparoscopic hysterectomy and cancer prevention, to treatment of menopause. Dr. Davis and his wife have two boys and spend their free time reading, traveling, hiking, watching movies and playing tennis. Dr. Davis retired from seeing patients in 2023 and is enjoying his time off after many years of caring for patients in the Columbia area.
